Who is Tony Adam?

Founder/CEO of Visible Factors.
I have been in digital marketing since 2002 focusing on Performance Marketing and SEO.
I am a die hard basketball fan and since I was born in Chicago, I’ve been a Bulls fan since I was a kid.

Tony Adam is the Founder/CEO of Visible Factors, a data-driven digital marketing agency that focuses on impactful and long-term growth methods for businesses. Our team is primarily focused on Performance Marketing, SEO, and E-Mail Marketing.

I have been in digital marketing since 2002 (20+ years), really focusing on Performance Marketing and SEO. I have worked for companies like PayPal, Yahoo!, Myspace and was the Founder/CEO of a a startup called Eventup that did $1MM in top line revenue within 10 months of launching. Since 2014, I founded and have been the CEO of Visible Factors who has worked with companies the likes of Ticketmaster, Hired, Blue Bottle, and Adobe, among 250+ others.

I really love solving problems and that is especially tied to solving ways to grow companies, I am very passionate about it and my goal has always been to assemble a team around that, otherwise I would have never started an agency. It’s really fun and rewarding to find levers that can grow a business whether it’s a startup we help get to their next fundraising goals with our growth or an e-commerce businesses we figure out how to 5x-10x their revenue over time using digital strategies.

Outside of work, I am a die hard basketball fan and since I was born in Chicago, I’ve been a Bulls fan since I was a kid. I love other sports and follow all Chicago Sports teams. I’ve been a hooper since I was 5 and have recently taken up golf and tennis.

Advice For Anyone Joining The Industry

I can never recommend enough to connect with industry peers and find ways to help others as you are coming up. I tried to do a lot of that and it really has worked out for me in the long-run. Most importantly, if you really do love it, just have fun doing it, I’ve always found that if you love what you do, it never feels like work and makes every day enjoyable.

2. Carbon 38: Grew SEO Revenue by 450%+ while they worked with my team at Visible Factors
3. MoPro was able to scale their lead generation and turn an entire outside sales team to inside sales due to the inbound marketing funnel we built for their team, scaled to almost $1MM in monthly ad spend, efficiently.
