Cool Fact

I was a manager at a movie theater for six years and my main responsibility was to put together the movies every week.

This was before digital so everything we had was 35mm film. We’d get the canisters on Wednesday/Thursday and I spent my Thursday night splicing together the films. After we closed that night, of course I had to do a “quality check” on my work, so I’d start the movie to make sure I didn’t mess up. I’ve seen basically every major movie release from 2004-2010, the good and the bad.

Favorite Food And/Or Restaurant?

My favorite restaurant growing up was a BBQ place in Columbus, Ohio called Hoggy’s.

My friends and I randomly found it one trip to see a movie and it became our weekly tradition. We’d come every Friday and became were treated like royalty every time we came. The restaurant closed down since then but has reappeared but it definitely is not the same as it once was.
