Nikki Halliwell is a freelance Technical SEO Consultant at Nikki Halliwell SEO and Technical SEO Specialist at Journey Further. In this role I lead the technical strategy and implementation for a wide range of clients.
I have worked at several agencies and worked across the health, hospitality and leisure, fashion industries and more.
I enjoy working with eCommerce/DTC clients and ensuring that websites are easy to find, load quickly, work efficiently and promote a good user experience.
I am passionate about creating useful technical SEO that are actionable for stakeholders at all levels of the business. Anyone can create a list of issues, but I’ve developed a methodology that I believe is unrivalled. It is this passion, combined with my experience and insight that led me to create techseoaudits.com.
I also find great enjoyment in working with others take great pride in being a mentor for the Women in Technical SEO (WTSEO) community.
When it comes to work, I’m all about tech SEO, audits, migration strategies, web performance — I’m all in.
In life, I love spending time with my amazing dog Spud and my wife Shannon. I enjoy a wide range of sport but I’m passionate about both men’s and women’s football. I enjoy listening to podcasts especially those about true crime and generally spending time with friends and family.
Advice For Anyone Joining The Industry
- Find a community and/or a mentor to help you learn and bounce ideas off and know that’s it’s ok to get things wrong. You don’t need to know everything.
